Accommodating Box hints, tips and tricks.

To make a flat end the angled score is the mountain fold and the straight score is the valley fold.
To make a "fanned" end
as illustrated above, do just the opposite...the angled score is the valley fold and the straight score is the mountain fold

-Use in the original size for a decorative cover for Toilet paper

-Make an "extended" box cover by NOT scoring for closure on one end and
extending the straight scoring to the edge of the page.

-Make a "long, tall" box by making a top and a bottom,
both "extended" versions slipping one inside the other.

-Make a series of short ones to stack inside an "extended" box.
Decorate each one differently.

-Make one even bigger in diameter by using more than two pieces. Use the bottom end stiffener to "fill in" any holes in the ends.

-Decorate each side, have a stripe of different paper going around the middle, use ribbon, Mizuhiki, beads or whatever you like to decorate and make it your own.

NOTE: With heavier items it is highly recommended that the bottom end stiffener (circle template) be used internally. Tape or glue this piece to the inside bottom.
