Easy Square
Oriental Card
For a quick and easy card
with an
oriental motif,
try this flavor of the east!
Materials needed:
-One sheet 8 1/2" X 11" cardstock
-two to four pieces origami paper,

cm square (Aprox. 2 1/4" sq.)
-brass charm, Mizuhiki knot, tassel,
Chinese coin, 1/8" ribbon or something similar.
-scissors
-glue
-ruler
-pencil
Optional- rubber stamp with an oriental theme
Measure and cut the cardstock long ways resulting
in a long
slim piece 5 1/2" X 11".
Score in the middle shortways and fold. Arrange the
four pieces in an overlapped
pattern, either
symmetrical or asymmetrical. Glue in place.
Stamp your image if
desired. Using the brass charm,
Mizuhiki knot, tassel, Chinese coin, 1/8"
ribbon etc.,
glue where desired. Let dry.
