1. Do you have a storefront?
Nope, sorry we don't.

All of our templates are made from recyclable #2 plastic (like milk jugs) which is see-thru and very durable. The instructions are on the template so you can't lose them. The instructions come both written and drawn out, showing how the item is put together and how the finished product should look. Most all are designed to fit and 8 1/2" X 11" paper. Templates are available in sets or open stock.

3. What's the normal turnaround time on orders?

Please allow 10 working days for shipment.  Generally the ship time is about half of that unless we are away on business or taking a vacation (what the heck is that??) which happens in the fall (if at all! ; ).

Usually we ship via the Post Office especially if you are in Alaska or Hawaii.  There is a 20% restocking fee for refusal or returns. Any discrepancies found must be reported to us within ten days of receipt.  

5. If I have a problem with any of the templates can I get help?

Of course you can! Simply Contact Us by E-mail and we'll do our best to answer any questions you might have.
